AXIS LABS
Proposal · July 1, 2026 Prepared by Jason For a US custom sword retailer

Three functions.
One systems build instead.

Your job description covers three connected areas: product development analysis, Klaviyo email strategy, and creator partnerships. Each of those has a version that runs as a system instead of a role. Catalog and margin signal analyzed on a cadence, campaign concepts drafted from live sales data, creator discovery running weekly against the sword and martial arts community, and every deliverable ready for your final human call. The part time hire you planned can still exist for the truly relational moments. The system does the rest.

Why This Reframe

Three functions that scale badly as a role.

Everything in the JD is real work. The question is whether a part time human is the highest leverage way to do it, or whether a system with a human review layer wins on both cost and throughput.

🗡️

Catalog signal moves faster than a person can read it

Which blade shapes are selling, which forges are outperforming, which SKUs are quiet, and where the margin is drifting. A weekly signal report from a system beats a part time analyst reading spreadsheets every time.

✉️

Klaviyo campaigns get bottlenecked on the concept step

The tool is easy. The concept is the work. If a system drafts three promo concepts every week based on live sales, seasonality, and inventory position, the human decision becomes pick the best one instead of write from scratch.

🎯

Creator discovery is search work, not relationship work

Finding the right sword YouTubers, HEMA channels, and TikTok collectors is a discovery problem, and discovery is a system problem. Negotiation and relationship still lives with a human. Everything upstream can run without one.

The Build

A growth stack sitting behind your team, not next to it.

A four week build that installs three connected systems on top of your existing Klaviyo and website stack. A catalog and margin analyzer pulling from your product data, running weekly, and surfacing which SKUs to promote, restock, or retire. A campaign concept engine that uses Claude to draft three promotional angles per week from live sales signals, with the human step reduced to pick, approve, and schedule. A creator discovery engine scanning YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, HEMA forums, and Instagram for sword community voices with the right audience shape, vetting them against a defined fit profile, and dropping a shortlist into a weekly review. Coordination with your suppliers, designers, and operations manager stays human because it should. Everything else runs on infrastructure you own, in your accounts, fully documented, with a training Loom library so any hire you keep in the loop can run it on day one.

Next Step

Compare the two options on a call.

A 30 minute call where I share my screen, walk through what a live signal report and campaign concept engine actually look like, and you decide whether the systems build, the part time hire, or a hybrid of both is the right shape. Happy to walk through commercials on the call.
